“I never knew this store existed! It is a very fun store to go into and look around. Their prices are at a good price point. I didn't fall over when looking at the price on something!!! I'll definitely go back now that I know I can afford to go in there. The staff was very accommodating as I received a phone call upon checking out. I usually NEVER answer my phone while in a check out lane. That's rude as hell. However, it was my vet calling about my dog, so I had to take the call. I did complete my transaction and move out of the way so I didn't bother anyone else, but I was still standing near the checkout taking notes because I had bought a big Christmas spray for my mother and have a cast on my right hand. Alot of information, I know, but if you knew me, there are so many ways that could have gone wrong!!! So thank you, Kirkland's!”

This is how a business should operate as I had a positive experience from the moment of initiating service all the way to the when the issue was fixed. Bob came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, explained what the plan would be, potential costs, and after accepting Bob completed the work within an hour. “Earlier this month, a family member and I made a couple of visits to Frattalone's on the same day and had a great experience. Both times, a knowledgeable and helpful employee named Jocelyn helped us find everything we were looking for and overall provided excellent service. (On our second trip, we sought Jocelyn out because of our experience the first time.) Even during a busy moment with customers, Jocelyn was able to explain which section of a specific aisle I could find what I was looking for. Aside from the good service, this Frattalone's had a nice selection, reasonable prices, and a great location. My family also had our lawnmower repaired at this location a couple weeks ago- the turnaround between drop-off and pickup was fast and our mower now works well!”

She spent time making sure the formulation of my paint was correct and when we determined weren't able to use the paint because of the color we were trying to cover. “Looking to purchase a 4ft blacklight bulb and fixture I came across BuyLightFixtures.com online. The owner John spent a considerable amount of time educating me on the different options available. After the sale I experienced a minor issue and called John. He "insisted he issue a full refund" and returned all my money back onto my credit card while we spoke. He then gave me several recommendations using competitors website's. After the sale/refund John did a follow up call to me. At that time I explained to John how I wired the florescent light fixture to a dimmer switch. John had me immediately unplug the light fixture explaining that a florescent ballast can actually catch fire if wired to a dimmer switch. So John not only spent a lot of time and several phone calls with me educating me on the facts but he also offered me a full refund and put my money back on my card as we spoke. His follow up with me may have even saved us from having a house fire. Three cheers to John, thanks for the great sales service and follow up safety check.
