We took our car to Paramount West on Thursday afternoon. We did not have an appointment, but we are past customers. They said maybe Friday or Saturday they could get to it. We were very pleased that they had it all fixed and done by late Friday. They diagnosed the problem, starter motor and battery, which is what we suspected. We are very pleased with the quick, professional, personable service at Paramount West.
I went in to have my oil changed and the tech offered the tire rotation that comes with my package. However it was time yet for either service. They topped off my oil and I was on my way. They cared enough to let me know and didn't do the unneeded services. I really like this Paramount location.
My check engine light started flashing on a Friday during rush hour and this was the first car place I came across. Luckily they were still open. Taylor at the front desk was so helpful.They were able to give me a loaner car which helped me immensely. They were able to fix my car by the end of the next day. It's running great now.
The team did a great job on my car. They were very detailed and provided pictures to show me why I needed the recommended fixes. They also found me a cheaper option on a pet which was a pleasant surprise in the end.
I liked the response I got from the female who I dealt with. The time before I spoke to a male about a potential repair for a estimate as well as what else they might possibly run into while fixing it. I did not expect an answer that minute. I understand that things could be found during the repair.
The male I spoke to would not discuss an estimate. He expected me to bring it in and while leave it. I have been in a position in the past that service workers could be potentially taking it apart prior to giving any estimate. So I refused to use them for that service. I am not that stupid. The dealer got my business for the previous higher buck problem.
