She walked around with us asked pertinent questions checked and double checked on various items I had expressed interest in and eventually sold us the perfect living room set up! My experience was so pleasant that as I was walking out I realized two more pieces were calling my name. I verified their availability and told Brie I would be back in on her next shift to purchase those also to ensure she was my sales associate all over again! “It was a rough start with their service but we got it taken care of and now have a good relationship. They have been fast on delivery, they brought out a portable oxygen tank and I wasn't happy with it, the driver recommended another system I called customer service and they brought it and switched systems with in hours and it was a Saturday. Unfortunately I have to call them Monday because the system they brought out I cant carry with my chronic back pain. But I'm sure they will get it taken care of right away.”

“I walked and was greeted by Hailey? I think. Her name started with an H anyway she was very helpful. They have a 4 for $20 deal on hand soap. You are not allowed to open them which I understand. There were quite a few people in store for its size. Markers placed on floor and I even seen some taped off x's on sidewalk. Checkout was quick. They wipe down counter and card reader after every customer. Hailey was with a customer but still thanked me for stopping in. Which is her job but it felt genuine.”

“The appointment itself went well. The CNA and pediatrician were both very nice and friendly. They also got us from the lobby within 5 minutes of checking in, maybe less. I took my child in for a physical and they made it very fun for her. When we entered the main entrance though, it was a ruckus. It was super chaotic. One of the receptionists was able to flag me down to approach her window. It was challenging to communicate with the receptionist since it was pretty loud in the main lobby. That’s probably my only complaint. Maybe it’s not always like this. However, it is a general clinic with several departments so I get it.”
