“This place has AMAZING customer service. We had placed an order that ended up being 30ish minutes late. This wasn’t a big deal to us and our food wasn’t even cold or anything when we got it. No complaints or anything were made, as I know how short businesses are currently, and the roads weren’t the greatest that night. Not only did we get a phone call the very next day of them personally apologizing for being late, but they also mailed a coupon as well as an apology. I highly recommend giving this business your business. Not only do they have AMAZING deep dish pizza and pizza fries, they have amazing customer service and care about their customers. “I love Ray J's food! Especially the smoked ranch wings. A++ The staff is extremely nice and helpful. One time I ordered one of their grill kits over the phone and the server wasn't sure if they were still doing it. But she made sure with the kitchen and was very helpful over the phone. I could hear in the background that it was pretty busy but she was still very attentive. I definitely recommend for dine in or out.”
