The 'new' property manager (she has actually been here several years) has resulted in a 100% improvement in maintenance resolution times, as well as eliminating the need for return trips to repair a reported problem. The office staff are always cordial and willing to provide assistance when I visit the office. I have also watched a complete turnaround in the upkeep of the property from parking lot repairs to building painting and roofing replacement to landscaping. Again, they have become very responsive to all of my requests and concerns and show a genuine interest in the living environment of their residents.”

“Great park. I didn't get to explore the whole thing, but near the small building we had my daughter's birthday in was great. There was a big playground, lots of running space, and the building we rented was great. It's a nice place to have a party. Indoor with a.c. and bathrooms, but easy access to outside tables as well. Pretty affordable for 12 hours of rental time.”

“I walked and was greeted by Hailey? I think. Her name started with an H anyway she was very helpful. They have a 4 for $20 deal on hand soap. You are not allowed to open them which I understand. There were quite a few people in store for its size. Markers placed on floor and I even seen some taped off x's on sidewalk. Checkout was quick. They wipe down counter and card reader after every customer. Hailey was with a customer but still thanked me for stopping in. Which is her job but it felt genuine.”
