“Called to get a quote on a wheel, decided it was worth the price and the drive up. Get there and got a price of $10 less! Gentleman that helped me was courteous and helpful, too. The wheel was in great condition, so I'll be able to have my good tire mounted and use it as a full size spare, instead of relying on the donut I have. (I hate those!) If you need parts, I recommend checking them out - especially if other places don't have the part, like was my luck.”

“Boy, I'm a little surprised to see a few negative reviews because my experience was so positive. l'm a fussy guy and they were working to install snow tires on my Porsche SUV. Anytime someone touches my wheels, I get the willies.. but it is a necessary evil as tires wear and MN has 4 seasons. My positive ratings are based on these elements: * I ordered the tires online and they arrived in 3 days which was well ahead of promise date. * A service advisor called to let me know they arrived and asked if I'd like to schedule an appointment. * I showed up a week earlier than my appointment, dropped the wheels for the new tires and they completed installation within 2 hours of drop off (I did not request expedited service). * These are staggered wheels and the tires have a specific rotation. 9 out of 10 times other tire shops manage to screw this up somehow. Ben and his Costco team got it right.. the 1st time! * They used wax/lubricant on the install to help with the tire mount. My rims look pristine without any blemishes I hope others have similar experiences and take the time to mention it :)”

“I was there within an hour of opening on a weekday, and let me tell you that is the time to go. I always get the best oil change package so my oil change lasts a year instead of 3 months. It's a much better price overall if you can afford to spend a little more in the short run you will save in the long run! That is if your vehicle doesn't burn oil. The oil change was super quick since I didn't have to wait in line. The workers were super nice and know I will be going there again next year.”
