Mark called back within minutes and was able to fit me in the next morning (whereas several other companies were booked out at least 10 days). He showed up on time, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing. He figured out that the problem was with a ceiling fan light fixture after thoroughly checking all outlets/switches so that we wouldn't have problems in the future. He was able to fix the short and even took the time to educate me on some common potential problems and how to fix them in the future. I really appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and reasonable fees. He is a trustworthy man and I will certainly be using his company for any future electrical problems.
