Awesome place to go if you have injuries from sports. She was super helpful in asking about the issues I’ve been having and making suggestions for exercises to get improvements and get back to running!

I had forearms and wrist pain a while back from over worked my muscle, and it is a continue issue, it had been interfered my daily life. Dr. Simon and Dr. Nestande are a life saver for me. I went in for a few session and my recover was fast and they be able to help me get back to my regular life's activity in less than a month, I get stronger and better. They not only help treat my injuries, but share their knowledge on how to take care my self to prevent further injury. I can't thanks them enough for their professionalism, very knowledgeable and pays attention to details about understanding the problem and explaining the therapy to me. Mike does a phenomenal job. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his evaluation is spot on. Not only are his treatment sessions beneficial, but he also gives tips and exercises to do on your own for improvement. Mike puts the best interest of his patient first! Highly recommended!
