I've been going to this gym for about a month now and like everything about it. The workouts are challenging, the people are positive and fun and the coaches are top notch.

Just joined so far I love it coaches are nice ask for Kory !! He’s the best awesome guy and will always push you to your limits!! Don’t be afraid to join everyone treats you like family there and never left out !

I was referred to EffectUs for our 13-year old to help gain strength after a spinal fracture. Jackie was suggested to us and she really has been the perfect balance of push, positivity, and perspective for our daughter.

While there, being able to sit upstairs and stay out of the way to give our daughter her privacy and individuality while training, we are able to listen to what else is going on. The "vibe" of the facility is commitment. Everyone shows up to do better than they did the day before and just hustle. It's an awesome feeling in that AMAZING facility that they have.
I would recommend (by viewing) their classes....the instructors are committed and focused. You can tell from the moment the timer goes off, and the equipment offered gives them the ability to properly train, whatever level they may be at. You see new, veteran, old and young in that building. Regardless of where you are, you are sure to find your place quickly and effortlessly.

I would definitely recommend EffectUs for Personal training based on personal experience. Our daughter is excited to go two days a week to sweat it out with Jackie (an owner and trainer)....and that speaks volumes, as she trains every other day of the week in the gymnastics gym. 🙂 She tracks her reps, weight, progress, and has a detailed plan of how to get our kid to where she wants to, and needs to go. I genuinely feel she's in the best of hands with Jackie. 😉

I just joined EffectUs less than a month ago and the experience has been fantastic so far. The classes are great with instructors that are motivating and also teaching you to improve along the way. The facility is clean, top-notch, and an overall great atmosphere. I highly recommend you check it out.

Always wake up soar and feel well awesome after a great workout. The owners and coaches are so knowledgeable and personable. You form great friendships through the process. So if you are looking to meet people and get in the best shape of your life you have to check them out.
