Spencer talked me through everything they did, and even took the time to discuss other potential plumbing projects. Very happy with Knights Plumbing. Highly recommend to anyone!

He came out to look at our sump pump and provided LOTS of knowledge to help us understand our system better including tips on how else we could improve it. He was also professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. We would definitely use Troy and Knights Plumbing again for our needs!
(November 2, 2021, 12:20 am)We worked with Knights Plumbing on several tasks after moving into a new-to-us home including— installing new toilets, sink, sink faucets and bath tub faucet kit & unclogging a drain. It was overwhelming to be new to a home figuring out all its quirks, and Knights was fantastic at relieving that stress. My calls were answered promptly and were so helpful in talking through and recommending what we needed for our updates & fixes. The plumbers were very nice & professional, & I appreciated them honoring my request to wear masks (pandemic). Prices were very fair, and they went above & beyond when they were given the wrong information by Kohler about a trim kit we purchased. And finally, they cleaned up so well after each project which I greatly appreciated. Wonderful service from A to Z. I’d definitely call Knights again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing needs.
(May 26, 2021, 11:41 am)WOW! So impressed from my initial phone call and through the entire service call. Mary answered the phone and gave me all kinds of great advice before I even hired them! That’s One of the reasons WHY I hired them. I had several projects that needed to be done and they added one additional project on the spot when we discovered my sump pump wasn’t working. Everything was left in impeccable condition and cleaned up so nicely I can hardly even tell they were here. Very professional, quality work. Very personable and informative. I couldn’t be happier.

Troy is very knowledgeable, arrived and finished on schedule, and cleaned up after he was done (this doesn't always happen, in our experience). He installed the toilet (hooray for no skirting and easy cleaning) and faucets we purchased and worked efficiently and thoroughly to deal with the unusual plumbing fixtures and configuration the builder had used. He's done a great job with other plumbing in our home, too.
Troy and Spencer are very friendly, honest, and detail-oriented. If we have any plumbing needs in the future, Knights Plumbing is the only one we'll call. If you use them, I know you will be as impressed as we are. Thanks, Troy. Our boys absolutely love their "new" bathroom.
