“Unbelievable! I was in so much pain and needed a root canal, my dentist called all over, it was 3:00 pm and Great River Ortho said to come right over they would squeeze me in! They were so patient with me and Dr. Saylor took his time even though it was getting late, I think it was after hours by the time they got done! Went back today to finish the root canal, they made sure I was comfortable and I feel like they take their time and do a great job. All the workers were so nice and really cared! Highly recommend!”

“My sisters and I rented electric bikes at Pedego Electric Bikes Monticello yesterday. They are not normally open on Wednesdays but agreed to open up for us and rent us 3 electric bikes. Paula and Mark were so helpful with fitting us to the right size bikes and adding bags on them for our water bottles, etc . They went over how to shift and safely drive them as well. I would absolutely recommend them for renting and purchasing electric bikes- they have a wide selection of prices and styles to fit each individuals needs and wants! They are both so very friendly and knowledgeable ,they made our experience such a memorable and fun one!!”

They get back to you within 2 hours or less on the needed repairs. If you’re there without a lift, no problem, there’s a clean, spacious lounge with big comfy chairs for catching up on emails, paper work, or making calls or just kicking it and catching the game on the big screen tv. Or if you need a hot shower and shave in a clean, private space you’re covered. The people at the service and parts counters have many moons of industry experience. There are 20 bays built to get you serviced and back on road in quick order, the people are helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I love this place!”
