“My experience at Lake Marion was fantastic from start to finish! They did a thorough inspection and provided an accurate estimate (noting that there may be more unseen damage they couldn't access until parts were off the car). It took a while to get my car in, but it was worth the wait. They finished the repairs in the time frame given with no visible damage, and upon getting my car back, they had cleaned it inside and out. My car was the cleanest it has ever been, including the day I bought it from the dealership! They also informed me that I didn't need to drive my rental car back, the rental car place would pick up & they made the call to the rental company. Lake Marion went above and beyond. This is how businesses should treat customers. Not only would I bring my cars back, but I will refer business their way!”
