“Our house had a water leak in the utility room that caused some damage to the flooring and dry wall. We used S Robideau Construction and everything was done pretty quickly. Turn around time for us to get new drywall and carpeting was relatively quick and very well done. They found doors and trimming to match our pre-existing doors and trimming. “I cannot speak for what other experienced, but for my own. First off, Bob is very responsive. For the two times I called him, he was asking questions and was willing to give instructions and tutorial over the phone even before coming over. The first call made was for a cartridge I was unable to get out of a Moen shower (user error on my end, I did not shut off all the valves to the home). Bob was able to show me the main valves and even tips for if and when the water heater goes out. He was successful at getting the cartridge out. The second call was the following day when I heard a drip behind the shower after installing the new cartridge. Bob advise to shut it off over night and would remedy the next day. Although his day was filled with other calls, he still made it to our home and replaced the cartridge brand new as the previous caused the leak. He was very apologetic and provided excellent customer service. Even though it took two attempts to satisfactory, I would recommend Bob to others who run into emergencies like I did.”

John worked quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant company. He gave me great tips to prevent future incidents and fixed the layout so I could access it myself next time. “We hired Premier Nests to finish the basement of our home. We chose them based on pictures of their previous projects, the timeline in which they said they could complete the work, their highly competitive cost quote, and the fact that they are local to our community. We are so pleased with how the project went and the finished product! The general contractor was in constant communication with us on how the project was progressing and when work was scheduled to be done. He was also great about responding to any questions we had and accommodating some special requests. Premier Nests went above and beyond to ensure quality, as well. For example, the bathroom vanity top we chose ended up with some scratches in it. This was brought to our attention by the contractor and was replaced with an even better product/material within a few days (and at no additional charge). Our project was finished within the timeframe stated in the contract and it's beautiful! We are so happy to have this additional space in our home!”
