“Buffalo Tap is your perfect "casual" and "relaxing" place to meet up with friends or family and eat "feel good" Minnesota favorites, perhaps watch a game, or drink a few craft beers from their extensive list of regional and local beers. I have met clients here 4 or 5 times over the past two years. The location is perfect for me - just off of Highway 13 in Savage. Super easy access from the main road. The building has been here for a long time, and is nestled into a small creek that runs right next to the Buffalo Tap. It has an enormous parking lot. Inside, the restaurant bar is divided by cozy stone partitions, and each room is different in decor from the others. I love love the large "nook" table that holds like 8 people tucked into a small "porch" that juts out of the side of the Tap. It has windows all around, and the creek is just right there next to your table. The waiters and waitresses are efficient and attentive. Most are "well seasoned" staff, having been working at the Tap for many, many years. Orders were brought to the table quickly and efficiently. Food is traditional "feel good" food, and all the burgers I have tried have been fantastic. I especially love the "Juicy Lucy", featuring lots of cheese and is enormous. I've also enjoyed the "Diablo" burger, with jalapeno peppers and BBQ sauce. I also love their wings when drinking from their large beer menu. An easy 5-star review for Buffalo Tap. Highlights are the extensive beer menu, casual and comfortable seating and bar areas, easy location to Highway 13, and the experienced and efficient staff.”

“It had been a while since I have last was able to have chick-fil-a and last Friday 12/23, I drove past around lunch time and was craving a spicy sandwich. I ordered my food as normal and when I got to the window for payment I was asked if I would be able to pay cash today as their credit card system was down. I rarely have any cash in my wallet and this day was no different. When I told the worker no, they informed me that they would take care of it that day, on the house. I fully would have understood and accepted had they turned me away. This kind of generosity was greatly appreciated and I really can’t say thank you enough! I know this time of year can be tough in service industry, but it is so appreciated to be treated like I hope to treat others with kindness. Service like this is unbeatable and so appreciated in these times. I was having a bad day at at work and stressed out over holidays. “This was my first trip for lunch to the Mongolian grill. As I entered the establishment I was greated by aromas of meat with a hint of peanuts and garlic. The place was packed so that's a good sign the food was good. I started off with the buffet that had something for everyone then after a few items I went to the grill and loaded up my bowl. The cook was extremely good and the food came out just right. It was a an event just watching the grill chef work and the seasoning was good that was added and he made sure to add enough sauce so the meat was not dry. This was a pleasant experience and I will be making sure to go back again.”

“We’ve love having the Tequila butcher managing the Caribbean Marina’s servers and bartenders. Ever since the marina’s recent new ownership and renovation, it’s become a summer destination on lake Minnetonka again. It's so ideal to sit out on the lake and take in the people, sailors, and the boats. We’re glad to see the expanded food menu; it’s simple to drop in or order take out. However, during beautiful sunny days and over the dinner hour, its best to go early. It’s a popular place so be prepared for a wait time. However, it beautiful to walk around and stop in the little shop on the premises! You can make table reservations through Table Agent. We’ve ordered the Shrimp Ceviche the most often; it is excellent and the accompanying chips are unusually good, too. The burgers, tacos, and grilled chicken salad are great. too. Try the Texan brisket sandwich. The drinks are exceptional – as is the atmosphere and service. The beverages are made fresh, are garnished nicely, served nice and cold and are absolutely delicious. We recommend the handcrafted Margaritas, the Captain’s Beverage, tequila-based, options, and Coconut Piña Colada. There is enough space between tables so that personal conversations work, it is quite serene and romantic when not crowded. It’s nice to see healthy options on the menu. It’s a perfect walk for us. Boaters love the takeout option. Parking is sufficient most of the time. I highly recommend this place!!! It’s kinda tucked away, so if you are local use your GPS and go slow through the neighborhood, please. The staff and ownership have made each of our visits wonderful!! We love bringing guests for a great experience while watching Lake Minnetonka sunsets.”
