“The tacos are tiny but whoa! These little things have huge flavor! I hate to say it but these are probably the best tacos I've had in Minneapolis. I love and am a loyal customer to another taco joint but the flavor here at Taco Taxi is unbelievable. Unfortunately, with a taco truck it means no dining room, which sucks when there's snow out and you have to wait for your food, but the tacos are so worth the wait. I feel like I'm cheating on my usual taco place but they are busy enough and probably won't miss me. I will be back for these amazing little guys!”

“Got there just before the parade let out so it was quiet for a few minutes. I don't like the seat yourself option. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to greet us. They also went to another table first that came after us. Then when it did get crowded from the parade being done people took it upon themselves to rearrange all of the tables to make them larger. The food was good. We hadn't been for years. My daughter had the Alfredo pizza and said all she could taste was the bacon. Why is there bacon on an Alfredo pizza in the first place? So she was disappointed. It gets very loud inside. We were lucky enough to time it well. Our server was good but never checked back in on us. It was busy so understandable but they should always be able to check and see if anything is needed. We got our order placed, drinks came and then the check. Not great customer service.”

“We’ve lived in Eagan 15 years and only just discovered Hovies. Best diner we’ve found in all of the Twin Cities metro area and I can’t believe it’s in our town! First off, the service wasn’t just good, it was exceptional-the woman who served us was warm and welcoming. And the food! The omelette was stuffed with cheese. It was piping hot and the toast came out warm, too, with butter covering the toast (I hate cold toast with a squirt of liquid fat). The breakfast potatoes were fresh, perfectly crispy, and notable for the lack of rancid fat after taste that so many diners have on their potatoes. Also, the diner was CLEAN!! It was old, charming, but-and I can’t stress this enough-clean. The floor wasn’t sticky or slippery. The old sports memorabilia and pictures on the wall weren’t dusty or grimy. The condiments weren’t scummy. The salt and pepper shakers sparkled. And the bathroom, while also old, was very, very clean. Our new favorite Saturday morning outing!”

“Stopped in for afternoon lunch while riding the motorcycle. It was about 3pm on a Sunday, and not terribly busy. Upon entering and easily finding a place to sit (bar-side), we were warmly greeted by the bartender and we ordered drinks. She made friendly conversation with us while we watched and even gave us some tips for making them at home. Thanks! Adult beverages were delicious, fresh, and cold. 5/5 stars. Within a few more minutes we had another server ready to take our order. Loved the fast service because we were hungry. Ordered food and had a few more sips. The atmosphere was relaxed, music was just loud enough to hear but not overbearing. Lots of different stuff on TV. Pull tabs were available (we didn't play though) and so was a jukebox. Our food came out fast, fresh, and hot. Specific requests were obliged with quick and friendly service. The food was the best part. IT WAS DELICIOUS. While chatting with one of the other servers waiting for drinks to deliver, she even informed of me the awesome desserts available. Bonus for a bar/grille! Ice cream, root beer floats, and mini doughnuts?! Bonus! Overall it was a great experience and we'll be coming back for sure. The only very minor thing that could be improved was no concrete parking for motorcycles. We parked on the sidewalk, but would of liked a dedicated space. Especially being on a busy intersection where many bikes pass by. Otherwise, 10/10 a great spot for great food and drinks!”

“Bored, so went on a DUDA Saturday afternoon to the Casino in Shakopee MN. Instead of the big casino we decided to hit the Little Six and dine at their restaurant. •••Side note: Crazy/ gambling I left over $100 ahead ! 😱 We started with a delicious bowl of their wild rice soup, which came with an excellent tasting bun. Both were inhaled so fast that I couldn’t get a pic with any soup -or bun- in it!! Also the side salad with extra tomatoes and Thousand Island dressing was refreshing and just right. Our main dishes were: •Fish N Chips with fries and a cole slaw side, piping hot & freshly presented with lemon wedge. •Hamburger Steak with sautéed mushrooms, onions and cheese, sided with fresh sautéed long green beans and the signature fries they serve.* I loved the fries. The fish n chips were a lot of food! Hands down excellent, freshly-cooked hot and delicious, cole slaw I thought was a bit tasteless and boring, but ate it up. They also had malted vinegar available, I had to ask for it. The Hamburger steak was also served hot & delicious, love those green beans! The fries; as always. The only other complaint we had was that the hamburger steak dish was a bit too oily/greasy. But it did not take away from the taste. Our waitress was efficient, fast, witty and had a great tattoo. We were able to order alcohol at our table. Can’t recall the whole amount but I think with generous tip it was around 65$. I hate to low-ball a tip. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and we will be back!! Thanks & great job Little Six Restaurant !😁”

“It had been a long time since I had enjoyed the authentic Mexican flavor, especially Sinaloence-style seafood. It has that exquisite flavor that sets it apart from other restaurants, with a very extensive menu that makes you come back to try a different dish. The beers are huge. The place is very picturesque from the decoration to the music. I think the customer service must be very good, except that we were served by a young waiter who forgot about us, because we wanted to order a dessert but instead we asked for the bill. Still I want to return. So far it is my favorite place.”

I frequently come to this Starbucks location to get myself a pick me up, and every time he’s working drive thru he’s nothing but kind. I don’t think he understands how amazing his energy is and how contagious it is. I was having a super difficult week this week. & his smile and how efficient he was and just all around bubbly and kind was amazing. & just what I needed. Thank you !
