“This is one of the cleanest and best maintained storage facilities I've ever come across. It was constructed with a material system called, ICF or Insulated Concrete Forms. As it was described to me, it's basically a foam wall construction that is tied together with heavy rebar and than 8 inches of concrete is poured inside the foam forms to make a wall. The biggest benefit to this is in its insulting properties. During the coldest and darkest time during winters, the inside of the units feels about 60 degrees or better. During the hottest weeks of summer, it doesn't seem to get warmer than about 72 degrees. To me that provides a whole lot of peace of mind in knowing that my stuff I'm currently forced to store (due to space constraints at current home) will not be subjected to the extremes a Minnesota climate will throw at you. The other major benefit was the actual strength of the buildings themselves. As the walls are 11 inches thick (3 inches foam and 8 inches poured concrete) you basically feel like you are in a bomb shelter. It's great knowing that if there was ever a severe storm and tornado that were to come through, the likelihood of the structure being destroyed is highly unlikely and improbable. You combine these safety concerns with a wonderful management group and consistent property management (lanes plowed during winter and swept consistently during not) and perfect location right off 35, and this will hopefully be the only place I ever store my things again. Prices are incredibly competitive and contracts very negotiable in terms of duration. This place gets my two thumbs up and my recommendation to anyone in NE metro area looking for storage ideas.”

“I have used this mini storage for about 14 years now and they are excellent. Clean facility that keeps rodents in check and property kept up. Keeps on the lookout for things. I had locked my door open by accident one time and they called me to let me know so I could take care of it. Also, when my card for charging has changed and I forgot to tell them they didnt harass me with fees and stuff. They called me for the new info and we were both happy. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I moved into our forever home in January of 2022 and the property was in dire need of a new dock. I reached out to Minnesota Dock & Lift/Bricks Boatworks in April to obtain quotes. John Brick immediately responded to my online inquiry. John listened to what we wanted and recommended a product line specific to our needs, answered and discussed all our questions, and even answered my call on a Saturday morning when I had more questions and didn’t feel like emailing. John was transparent during the entire process and delivered on all written and verbal commitments he made. The one thing John said that I will never forget was when I asked him about payment terms, he said 50% down but what stood out was what he said about the final payment: “Final payment once you are completely happy” Never heard that before. The install team matched the experience we had thus far. They did exactly what we asked for and were extremely courteous and polite but I will never forget seeing them make sure all of the details were perfect at the end of the install which was around 6pm. We don’t live on the nicest lake or have the nicest house in Minnesota but their entire team made us feel like we did.”
