They have a big menu on the wall with everything that you could ever want. The items can be a little pricey, but nothing crazy. You then can seat yourself at one of their booths or tables, and they will bring you your food. The food tasted like authentic New York food, and the seasoned fries were probably the best fries I’ve ever had. The portion sizes are huge, so you’ll definitely have more for later (a total plus). “Wow! I really can't say enough good things about Gladje. They do custom framing and I had two large posters that I had wanted to frame for several years. I was a bit discouraged since custom framing is not a cheap service and when I shopped for framing services online most options were out of budget for me. I later heard of Gladje and made an appointment for a framing consultation. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. She spent quite a while showing me all of my options at various price ranges. She took the time to gather samples from some of their discontinued frame styles. They were heavily discounted as they were discontinued and there were only a few pieces left. Using the discontinued pieces saved me a lot of money on my project and me it affordable for me to do. The end result really impressed me! When I picked up my finished, framed art pieces, I could not believe how flawless and beautiful they turned out! The agent was very professional and ensured me that their customer service team is pretty solid! Thanks, Janet!! ————- I decided to give the company another try because the product surpasses the others that I’ve tried. Unfortunately, I tried logging into the app and it said I wasn’t an active Rebel with a number to call. I logged into my account on Shopify and my subscription is still active. Again, the app and Shopify are not talking to each other. Additionally, it’s after 10pm on a Sunday. Providing a customer with only 1 method to access their account is inconvenient. The reset password button works perfect so I was able to reset it and do an emergency test. I emailed, texted, and left a voicemail. I’ll update once I hear back. —————————- This review is solely based on my experience with their systems/customer service. The product itself is convenient and innovative. There seems to be 2 different sites. 1 where you can purchase the kit and another one for the subscription (Shopify). The two do not talk to each other. I contacted support in the app to cancel my subscription and nothing happened. In the meantime, I get charged again BUT I never received another shipment. I was told the subscription is automatic regardless of whether you place an order. I thought the you get a new order every time you are charged. Not the case. I was finally able to cancel my subscription AND they still charged me a month later! How is this even a thing? I received the cancellation email on September 19th and was charged on October 5th. Every time I tried to chat after I got off of work, they were offline. So I woke up this morning to try and catch them before work and no one is responding. There’s no auto message that tells you that you are in queue or that they’re offline or anything. It’s just blank. For these reasons I don’t recommend this product. At least not if they stick with their broken subscription model. Their customer journey needs serious revamping. If they put their product in stores, I’d gladly purchase , but their customer service and systems are lacking.”

“Jakes auto mall has been a complete savior when I was looking for a vehicle. When no one else would work with me they would. And they went above and beyond with the customer service that was provided. I walked in and the ladies in the office were so kind. Val Megan and Kyla. All 3 of them were smiling and sweet and trying to be helpful. They advised that to get a car I just needed to show them my paystubs and license. I could not believe how easy the whole process was. It was crazt easy!!!!!!After I sent them my information I waited just a short time for them to look everything over and then I was approved! Just like that!!!!! They advised me of which vehicles would be in my price range and I was able to look at them all before taking a test drive in the ones I liked. They allowed to me drive multiple vehicles and never got frustrated at how much of their time I was taking up and they were busy when I was in there, the phone kept ringing. They were helpful and compassionate the whole time. After I choose the vehicle I wanted the sale process was quick and easy. They explained every thing to me step by step and the whole process took under an hour. I was so impressed the whole time. It proved to me that all the reviews I have read and the fact that they have been in business for 13 years is a testimony to the amazing staff and policies they have in place to help their customers! They really do go above and beyond to help their customers get approved. And the last thing I want to comment on is the fact that they warranty their cars. It is very rare to find a used car dealership that gives a warranty let alone a free warranty. They give you 18 months or 18000 miles whichever comes first! That proves to me they really stand behind their vehicles! I believe in reviews and giving people credit when they deserve it and I just really cannot say enough nice things about this company!!!! I would strongly recommend anyone having a hard time finding finance options for a vehicle due to whatever reason to check out this company. They are here for their customers and they truly truly care and will work with you to get you approved and into a vehicle. Jakes Auto Mall has been a dream to work with and I will be returning in the future for another vehicle! Thank you Thank you!!!!”
