We went to the Burnsville location, Matt and his coworker were so understanding. patient and fun! They explained her new hearing results in detail; so she had a complete understanding of what would best help her moving forward. And as her caretaker, they made sure I understood as well. They spent two hours with us, never made us feel rushed, and made sure all our questions were answered.
