“Optimum delivered us an Extender 6 during Wi-Fi setup and that didn’t work with our type of modem. Customer service asked us to return at this location since this was close by our home. As you keep driving towards this place on a bumpy road, you start to wonder if you are on the right route. They have a deserted parking space that also caters to Optimum’s training center. The waiting didn’t take longer and when our turn came up, we walked towards one of the counters before being called. The customer service person at the counter sharply called out saying we were coming in out of turn, which we felt could have been little softer. The other person who attended to us quickly got the replacement sorted out and sent us our way.”

“Moved all of my business to Louie's after one of "the big guys" proved they didn't care about me or my sick kid in the car waiting for our prescription to be filled. We were told 45 minutes even though nobody was there. I was a pharmacy tech in college. I know they were busy, but I have a sick kid and I'm the only one standing here begging for you to give me the medication my kid needs quickly. I told them to forget it and went to Louie's. Even as a brand new customer, they realized my child was in bad shape and got us in and out in under 10 minutes. I appreciated their personal touch and will not go anywhere else moving forward.”

The facility is beautiful and every patient room, I was told, has a pretty fountain outside a huge window so the patient can watch the calming water fall. “I love Dr. Lyons. I haven't been able to see him in years. I guess everyone loves him because my only complaint is that it's hard to get an appointment. I have a swollen and infected ingrown toenail and they said it would be a month before I could get in so obviously I won't be able to see him for this issue. I do highly recommend him though if you're looking for a compassionate and professional doctor.”
