“For the most part every experience I've had with Methodist Olive Branch has been great. The employees, in my opinion, are exceptional - especially the nurses, techs, etc. With it being a hospital, you will definitely run into issues now and again particularly when they are extremely busy. It is a smaller hospital so this is to be expected. However, I felt the staff handles it really well and as long as you're patient and understanding, your experience will be much smoother. When my daughter recently had to spend a full day and a night in the ER, and everyone was sooo caring, helpful, positive, and very professional. I had recently had surgery on my foot so walking around was still difficult. My daughter's care team was amazing during this stressful time. They were very attentive to my child and provided excellent care. Also, one of the employees even swapped out the super uncomfortable chair for a reclining chair so that I was able to prop my foot up. My one issue was that the drink machines were all sold out.”

“I am absolutely in love with this clinic. In December of 2020 I got my two cats spayed for the best price in both Desoto and Tate County. Two weeks later one of my cats had a reaction to her stitches so I brought her back in and we were taken care of splendidly, despite a long wait.* Today I brought that same cat in due to an infected bite on her stomach and we were seen quickly despite the morning rush and they took care of my baby beautifully. Disclaimer: you may have to wait in your car for a walk in for a considerable amount of time. Especially on Saturday mornings. Everyone is off of work on Saturdays and they take their pets to this vet, BECAUSE THEY’RE THE BEST. This place has a small but dedicated staff and with 7 pets waiting before the clinic even opened this morning, you will have to wait. BUT, it is worth it and you will be taken care of professionally, graciously, and as quickly as possible. Thank you Oak Tree staff!!!”
