I highly recommend to everyone to switch with Bert West State Farm Insurance. His the best!!! My house just got caught on fire the other evening, call State Farm past 8pm, at 9ish adjuster already calling me to go through the process and at 9:40’s, ALE Solutions called to see if we have a place to stay for the night. Told them we are already at a relatives house. The next day, Bert came out and gave us a check for us to start with the necessities. And they got us booked for an extended stay for 14 days until they can find us a long term stay since our house needs 4-6 mos to rebuild. Thank you, Bert West, and thank you State Farm! Despite our circumstances, God is still good all the time!

Just to give an idea of the kind of service you'll receive with Bert West, I'll share what happened to me today there. I stopped by to update my auto insurance policy and accidentally locked my keys in the car. Bert and his staff were so kind to me. Bert called a locksmith for me, and then went ahead and processed the claim for me on the spot instead of having to file it later. I had my daughter with me, and they gave her a toy and offered us drinks as we waited. This was even after they had already closed. They were awesome, and I appreciated it. I would definitely recommend them as an agent because they'll take care of you.
