I have had my necklace for 30 years and I wear it everyday, so when it broke I was devastated. I walked in and they were so wonderful with helping me with this and the repair time was quicker than she originally quoted. I am very happy with the work done on my necklace the young man that let me know my necklace was ready was very nice too. “Customer service was great the gentleman's there was very knowledgeable about Automobiles and the warranties I must say on entering the facility I heard one gentleman explain a life warranty vs a limited warranty on front brake pads he replaced 3 times. The gentleman that helped me diagnosed my battery that was bad and else I was returning the old battery into the store the previous customer dropped their wallet and I point it out to him and he knew exactly who the guy was that dropped it he described him and said he will be able to contact him from the information he had so he could return the wallet back to him great job”

My daughter made an appointment with Lola B Boutique. They only see you by appointment which is amazing, because you get the one on one, personal attention you don't get anywhere else. We went today and everything about our experience was great. The girl working with my daughter could not have been any nicer or more helpful than she was. (Sorry I don't remember her name, Visited Sunday, January 30 at 1:30pm) She greeted us with a smile and started asking all the right questions to get the perfect dress. She helped some dresses to get my daughter to try on. During the whole trying on process she helped out with zippers, suggestions, and even taking pictures on my daughter's phone. She suggested earrings to compliment each dress. After my daughter found the perfect dress, we were recommended a seamstress to do some minor alterations. I'm a dad and have taken my daughter to buy 5 or 6 different dresses over the past few years. This experience was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced!!! I would highly recommend Lola B Boutique for any of your formal dress needs!!!”
