“If you have rims that extend outside of your tire width or even the same size. You will eventually get scratches on them. The last guide seems to use metal for the wheel guide option and they WILL hit your rims. I don't think this is something they can fix locally as it's a prebuilt machine. With that said, you can ask the person spraying your car to turn off the wheel cleaning function when you drive in. My last complaint is the cleanliness of the pads they use. I've been there for months and enjoyed everything minus the tire cleaning system. "I realized my rims were getting dinged up." I went through today and have a small dent and a line of scratches going across my roof. I drive a BMW with aftermarket parts so I understand it's not one size fits all. Even with 3/5 stars I still highly recommend this place for most people. I think the rim problem is more for low profile tires and is not an issue for most people. The employees are amazing and friendly every time I've been. The vacuums have good pressure compared to competitors in the area. My original review was a 4/5 due to the rims, but it dropped after the small dent and scratches today. I thinks it's universal to hate making an insurance claim.”
