“All of the associates who I have dealt with here have been great. They are so nice and take time to explain all options for glasses. I ordered two pairs for my son who has EXTREMELY severe astigmatism(8.5+)in addition to other eye problems. They offered more frame options than any other eye center I have been to for my son's extreme prescription, usually he has only has four or five at best they will put lenses with his scrip in. Here they let him chose any frames he wanted. They also have strict covid protection measures here(temp check, questionnaire before entry and anything you touch in your visit is put in box for sanitation before it os returned to display, no customers can come in without associate to assist)”

“Each branch that I have visited (Memphis, Southaven, Olive Branch , Oxford) has had great customer service. I have banked with numerous institutions over the years (including credit unions) , but have never been satisfied with the level of customer service for an extended period of time. Usually I would have to stick to one location and after a few visits, I would be disappointed. BancorpSouth has given me a different experience over the last few years and I highly recommend them. Side Note: Sandy Hayes at the Snowden Grove Location has gone above and beyond regarding a recent issue I was having. The initial problem should have taken no more than 10 - 12 business days to resolve but for someone reason has dragged out for over a month. Sandy stayed on top of it until it was resolved and made sure to keep me in the loop. She is outstanding!”

“Shattered my phone today and started searching for a repair store. I called the first store that was displayed and got a answer from a very nice lady. I explained my situation and she said no worries that she could take care of it in 15 minutes. I made it to the store and she did exactly what was stated over the phone. Fast, Friendly Quality Service with a very reasonable price!!!!!!! I even got to watch some of my favorite movie Home Alone while waiting??.
