BTE Racing

I would rate higher if I could. I purchased the BTE 1.8 gear set and the sfi case and bell housing a few months back, was told the case would be shipped in about week. Arrived on time in perfect condition. They told me the gear set was on back order and it’s possible I wouldn’t see it till end of May, but they would do the best to get it shipped ASAP. Within 2 weeks the gear set arrived at my door step. With all the products working perfectly, unfortunately recently the pump I had in the trans wasn’t working as it should anymore. Being in points at my local track, I need a good pump and fast (like every auto racing company hears everyday)...Called them on a Monday at 8:15am they said it might be possible to over night ship it same day but absolutely no later than Tuesday will it be overnighted. Monday after noon I received shipping information with an ETA of 10:30am Tuesday. Arrived on time with no issues. The pump solved all my problems. NO MORE BACKING OUT OF THE BEAM. What separates BTE from the rest is the honesty, nothing worse than ordering something and they say it will be there in a few days it’s in stock... a week goes on and oh.... wait... it’s not shipped yet or we are working it.. I will continue to purchase all my transmission parts from BTE. Top notice service and top of the line parts at good prices. Thank you BTE for you great customer service and awesome products.

All the guys do everything they can to make it happen. Excellent customer service out of Neal, Chris and Eddie. They deserve 5 stars.
