“My favorite place in town to grab some good steaks... let me rephrase that: the ONLY place in town to grab a good, fresh hand cut steak that's guaranteed to be juicy and tender when you cook it. He's got house made hoghead cheese that rivals the best of the best that I've had from South Louisiana. House made specialty sausages of all types, boudin, and stuffed and seasoned anything wrapped in bacon. All ready to throw on the grill or oven. House made burger combinations that make great meatloaf or hamburger patties. If you can't find something you love in there, you're probably a vegan. I updated my review to add pictures. One picture included is the loaded potato that he makes.”

“After reading some of these I decided to leave my review. This man went above and beyond explaining everything to me. He told it like it was and was very honest. We stood outside for a couple of hours in the heat even though he had a very serious medical appointment the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to talk to us. Highly recommend!”
