PROS: CLEAN, no bugs, friendly staff, comfortable bed, hot breakfast CONS: Chemically/nail polish-like smell in the room, breakfast served from 6AM-9AM---if you are among the tail end of the crowd, there are few items remaining, items were not restocked OVERALL: We had a decent stay”

It is quiet and peaceful, not fancy but cozy and comfortable. We fed Boomer, the resident horse, and walked the neighborhood during early morning hours.I would definitely book again!”

“Dr Amanda Cunningham has been my ENT Dr since 2017 when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Every since I have my 6 months follow up. Just recently in September of this year my thyroglobulin levels were high which indicates disease is present. Dr Amanda as I like to refer to her immediately took action. Did necessary testing, treatment, and more tests. During all of this I was frightened that the cancer may have returned. Dr Amanda, in her manner, and tone was SO COMFORTING! Assuring me she was going to take very good care of me. She kept in touch and explained everything. It made all the difference. Her nurse Crystal did a great job as well by keeping me updated. Words can’t express my gratitude to Dr Amanda Cunningham for holding my hand and hugging me(figuratively) through this health scare. Thanks to her staff also for being there for the patients during these dire days.”

“Everyone was nice and friendly and rooms were nice and clean. The best part is they have breakfast and coffee in the morning if you want. They don't charge as much as most of these rooms-that don't even offer breakfast. If was in a nice location off the side of the highway. Once they get the outside updated with project lighting and their sign in lights and fresh paint-i believe it would be rocking. However that may increase the room rate so the can be appealing on the inside and out. Which we all know cost more money. Perfect for a drop in- not knowing where you are hotel. Being clean, with friendly staff, breakfast and coffee is always the best to find.”

“Four years ago we stayed at a condo in downtown Memphis the week after Christmas. It was a quick family getaway to spend a few days in town and watch a Grizzlies game. My son brought his wallet, along with all his Christmas money, gift cards and cash. Had close to $450 in cash and gift cards that I didn’t know he brought! We drove back to Kansas City and he couldn’t find it anywhere! :-( We called the rental agency later that week just in case (I believe they were based in Seattle) to see if they could check the unit. It was a total long shot. Seattle agency calling Memphis to find a wallet in a condo that may have been rented out again. The very next day, Maria (the cleaning person who took care of the unit the week before) called me. She had found the wallet and had been holding onto it to try to find out who it belonged to! There were multiple contacts for this unit so it would have been nearly impossible for her to find us. She was afraid to mail it but I assured her it would be fine. She took the wallet herself to the post office, mailed it to us using her own money, and it arrived within 2 days with every single dollar and gift card intact. My son sent her a thank you note along with a couple of his gift cards. She sent a thank you note back! I cannot tell you how many times we’ve shared this story and were grateful for Maria’s total professionalism, complete honesty and goodwill to total strangers! I wished we lived in Memphis because we’d surely use her services. This experience could have been very sad but Maria literally saved my sons Christmas!”

“We made a reservation and when we arrived the staff were friendly and got us checked in very fast. The hotel itself is very clean and the parking lot is very well lit and secure, only one way in and out. We stayed in the king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The room was huge with a very comfortable king bed and a couch with a pull out bed. The room overlooked a crystal clear pool( stayed in December, so not open) but will be back to stay and swim. They do have breakfast but due to Covid it was smaller and grab and go. It is very close to 3 different chicken places and a gas station, close enough to walk. Also close to interstate and grocery stores and shopping and restaurants. Overall a great hotel and staff in a great location.”

“Passport Pizza is amazing!!! I order pizza, superstix, and wings weekly!!! I also love their CBC salad and it’s made with mixed lettuce that is better than the iceberg lettuce you get from other pizza companies and packed full with all that is promised!!! I misplaced my car keys one night and had to change to delivery instead of carry out and they were extremely nice about the change so close to closing time. I highly recommend Passport Pizza if you enjoy a pizza made right and good customer service!!! Also Big Ben is a LOT of pizza!”
