The nurse practitioner that was working was awesome and was able to get me the best prescription to get me back on my feet quickly and for a reasonable price. Facility was clean, modern, and had plenty of seating. I felt that the wait wasn't all that long either. Great place to receive urgent care.
(February 26, 2019, 11:35 pm)Filled out the usual paperwork, sat in the comfortable waiting areas (2 Tv's plus a kids TV and drink station), attentive staff, clean patient rooms with TV and chalk walls. Pretty painless and I'm excited that they have full weekend hours (including 9-5 on Sunday)

Staff is extremely friendly, only had to wait while my paperwork was filed out, and was seen right away by the doctor, which is incredible to have no wait on the Friday after Thanksgiving! I thought I would get charged extra for it being an urgent care facility, and it was cheaper than going to my regular doctor. Couldn't say better things about my experience here!

I came in the day after Thanksgiving expecting it to be super busy and there was only 3 patients there. Entire building is new and very clean. Filled out the forms and was out of the waiting area, vitals checked and in the back room in 5 minutes. The staff is super friendly, and funny I may add. I was out the door in 18 minutes after waiting on a strep test. I was thoroughly impressed with how efficient and polite the entire process was. Hope I never have to come back, but if I do definitely going to this Urgent Care.

I had an excellent experience at urgent care express. From the time I walked into the door until I was being examined was about 10 minutes. Very comfortable waiting room complete with coffee and water. The staff made it so easy that from now on this is where I will go.
