“Great place. Man who runs this spot is very cool. He was very welcoming, polite and generous. I was riding my bicycle from Kansas City to Joplin and back and even though they don't have any sites set up for tent camping he allowed me to stay here for a night as I was passing through Archie. I felt right at home and all of the tenants I met were very nice. A great home away from home not far from Kansas City and a Dollar General right down the street for easy groceries.”

“The chicken tenders are the juiciest, most delicious chicken tenders for 20 miles. You wouldn't expect a local non-chain gas station to have chicken this good, but they do! I drive a fair distance now and again just to have some of their chicken. =D You should try it.”

“Nice clean store it's compact but has everything you need for a fast trip to a dollar store but only reason I didn't put 5 stars was because the clothes racks are always stuffed to where you can barely pull clothes out to see what they look like and when you do it's hard to out the clothes back on the rack”

“Mama fixed the best Reuben sandwich I have ever eaten! Tender meat and perfect mix of kraut and dressing. Server was attentive and the whole place has a home feel without having to do the dishes. Was talking with another customer and found out later he is the owner. Nice guy. I wholeheartedly recommend Mama's Kitchen!!”
