“Kevin is a great trainer and motivator! His classes are full of variety and he knows how to push you to reach your goals. I've always been scared to try a boot camp class but enough of my friends were hooked so I knew I had to try. Boy am I glad I did!!! It wasn't intimidating at all! Everyone goes at their own pace, focuses on their individual workout yet everyone is supportive to the whole group. Kevin is a great leader and I'm so glad I found this gym!”

“It was really easy to find and the service to get a room was very quick. Room was up to expectations and one of the people traveling with me commented on how much she enjoyed the fitness center. Breakfast was also top quality and included a variety of options. My only complaint is that there were no blueberry muffins. There were other kinds though.”
