(January 15, 2019, 1:13 pm)My visit was just a drive through while out taking pictures at night. The area seemed quiet and appeared clean so I felt like it's friendly enough from the outside. There is the well placed lake on the west side. I think Springdale is the name of the neighborhood and the lake is named the same. I didn't see any tables or picnic areas around the lake to my guess is that it's not recreational. Still, a nice visual though.

(October 31, 2018, 4:12 pm)Springdale Lake Estates has come quite a ways since I first visited in February of this year. It was fairly run down and I heard a lot of complaining from the tenants. That complaining has diminished dramatically because the staff have been working hard to get the homes and the park itself cleaned up. There will always be work that needs to be done but these folks are hard at it now. I see the office staff driving around taking stock of the issues that need addressed and I see the maintenance crew working long hours, even on weekends and holidays. It's a nice park to live in and the office gals are really helpful.
(October 17, 2018, 3:59 pm)This place and the lovely people whom work their are fantastic!! They make you feel like family. They are willing to work with anyone and help them find a home not a just a house. It has been the best experience, the neighborhood feels like a neighborhood you hear your parents talking about. It just has a wonderful atmosphere.
