“This was a great little bookstore. Books from the ceiling to the floor. There are a lot of genres and much to choose from. The books were not all priced, and there were several out of place and still in boxes on the floor. I found a few books I liked that were reasonably priced. But there were several that were overpriced, and that left me a little sour. Overall, it was a good experience, but the store needs to be organized better, shelves labeled, and proces clearly marked.”

He was very polite, professional, and patient with me. He answered any and all questions I had - even gave me some money saving tips! Ted was who came out to install my stair lift. Ted was one of the most professional people I’ve worked with. Not only was he dressed very clean and nice, he wiped his feet off very well before entering my home and brought a packing blanket to lay everything out on. He was very efficient and quick. He explained warranty information and went over every function of the machine very well.”
