“My daughters and I love going to hang out with our friends at Addington Place. The community is beautiful and well-maintained, and is always looking for ways to include their residents in activities with the surrounding community - holiday parties, "adopting a grandparent" through our school, and more. We like to visit our friends in the memory ward and do art activities with them. The residents are always smiling and truly seem to enjoy their home. Staff are always polite and help engage the residents in our activities!!!”

“Steak n Shake restaurants have become so hit or miss. They're either really really bad (looking at you, Lee's Summit) or just fine. The Liberty restaurant is one of the fine ones. Sometimes the service is bad and/or the food takes forever to come out. Sometimes it's just fine. The most recent visit there was like that. There were a few problems with food in the kitchen, but our sweet waitress told us immediately what the problems were and offered choices for solutions. Honestly, I'm giving 4 stars to the wonderful staff I've been served by. The food is usually fine. But when the serving staff is good, they are great.”

“A few weeks back Charles Lam spent over an hour with us explaining all about mattresses and the differences between various brands. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. We visited some other mattress stores and none provided anywhere near the level of service that Charles did. So today we returned to Wilshire Plaza (driving an hour and past many mattress stores). Once again, Charles took his time with us and did not put undo pressure on us. As a result, we bought two mattresses and adjustable basis from him. Thank you Charles!”

“Yesterday Dr. Lane removed a basal cell carcinoma cancer from my nose. Surgery is never fun but Dr. Lane did such a great job that it was as close to an enjoyable experience as one is ever going to get in that situation. A great surgeon and a very nice person. Staff was also outstanding. Cookies and coffee in the waiting room was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.”

“We tried the Bacon Cheese dip with potato chips and it was delicious although the bacon pieces are a little salty. The salads were excellent. Sweet tea is awesome. For dinner, we all tried different dishes. Parmesan crusted chicken is a group favorite. My Mom loves the lobster and shrimp chowder with a strawberry walnut salad. The salads are humungous. The pork chops had great flavor but were overcooked and dry this time. I've had them before and they were very moist. Overall, we had a wonderful time and great food.”
