“I took two brand new pair of dress slacks to this location, and upon receiving them back noticed both had multiple snags in them. I was extremely upset and planned to never return again. I called the company to inform them of the issue, and expected a simple "I'm sorry" but nothing more. Tatum, the Operations Manager, took immediate ownership of the mistake and without hesitation offered to purchase me two brand new pair of slacks. She had me send the brand, the style, and the color and had them ordered at no charge to me. There are few businesses now days that take care of their customers to this extent. Kudos to Mayfair. I'll be a lifelong customer at this point.”

We're so glad that we called Todd, because he came out and did our entire home. We had some pretty nasty stains, but he got all of them out and amazingly the carpet looks new!
