“I am a picky eater. The prices are great! They are no higher than any other restaurant. The prices and food was better than Jazz in my opinion. My husband and I had the jambalaya, gumbo and shrimp and catfish basket. We both ate for $33.15. The food was fresh, tasty and very delicious. We will definitely be ccoming back. “Such a great place to get authentic Indian cuisine. My husband lived in India for 6 months and he approved on everything but the bread, which could just be regional thing. Regardless, great food! Complimentary Chai! Servers were on top of it and very friendly. Our server made me, as a newbie, feel comfortable asking any question I had about the menu. Plenty of vegan options! The only downside was the pricing. Main dishes were pricey. $14/$15 dollars for a plate is a lot. That is the only reason for the 4/5 rating. Regardless, this will still be our go-to India restaurant!”

“Steak n Shake restaurants have become so hit or miss. They're either really really bad (looking at you, Lee's Summit) or just fine. The Liberty restaurant is one of the fine ones. Sometimes the service is bad and/or the food takes forever to come out. Sometimes it's just fine. The most recent visit there was like that. There were a few problems with food in the kitchen, but our sweet waitress told us immediately what the problems were and offered choices for solutions. Honestly, I'm giving 4 stars to the wonderful staff I've been served by. The food is usually fine. But when the serving staff is good, they are great.”

“We tried the Bacon Cheese dip with potato chips and it was delicious although the bacon pieces are a little salty. The salads were excellent. Sweet tea is awesome. For dinner, we all tried different dishes. Parmesan crusted chicken is a group favorite. My Mom loves the lobster and shrimp chowder with a strawberry walnut salad. The salads are humungous. The pork chops had great flavor but were overcooked and dry this time. I've had them before and they were very moist. Overall, we had a wonderful time and great food.”

“This place is awesome! I am from Missouri but lived in NYC for seven years and married a New Yorker. When we came back to Missouri (well, I came back and she came with me) we spent years in the bagel wilderness. Einstein came as close as we could find but it still wasn't the same and then they closed the closest one to us (which wasn't really that close anyway). We resolved that we would just have to enjoy a good bagel only when we went back East. And then, the clouds parted and a shaft of light came down and led us into the promised land (of bagels). The bagels are perfect, crisp on the exterior, soft inside. And they taste just like they should. They are so good, we usually just get plain. When they taste right, you don't need to gum up the works with extra flavors (although my wife does love the cinnamon crunch bagels they have for a limited time). The Nova Lox is my special favorite. The white fish smear is great, too. If I stop on the way in from work, I have to sneak it in because everyone at work wants them, too (but we do sometimes bring in for everyone). Meshuggah is excellent and we stop at least once (usually two or three times) a week.”

“I just had lunch at the location in Liberty, Missouri.... and it was AMAZING. I know that people are always quick to complain about service or experiences that are poor, so I wanted to take a moment of my time to brag about the experience that I had. My husband and I dined in, and we arrived at what I think was the tail end of the initial lunch rush. There was a line, but everything went smoothly and quickly. Our cashier was friendly (and I had a picky/complicated order which she executed perfectly). The food was all correct, it was all fresh and hot, and it was ready fast. Also the person who was putting together and packing/traying orders and calling out order numbers.... I think he must be either a manager or team leader. He was efficient and friendly, and as we finished our meal and the restaurant slowed down, we heard him praising his team and telling everyone they did a great job. I hardly ever have great experiences at fast food places, and I hardly ever visit Burger King to be honest. But I will DEFINITELY be back after today. I am thoroughly impressed and I hope that team gets some praise ????????????????”

“Had Chipotle catering last night and this was the third time that I have gotten catering from this location. Well needless to say the two times prior to last night were not even kind of good experiences. However last night they did a phenomenal job. You can definitely tell that there has been some crew and management changes since my past experience. The manager there on duty last night went above and beyond to not only fulfill my order. He also went through and made sure I understood what all I received. Then to top it off he was able to accommodate my request to double check everything before leaving the store. He also made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything I left with. I called him a rockstar before I left and thanked him for finally getting my order done right. Big kudos to him and his crew last night they did a fabulous job at making my New Years Eve party a success.”

The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because my husband watched the bartender make my drink with the wrong liquor & when our waitress took it back to him he sent the same drink back to me to "at least try it". It was Rye instead of Bourbon, I'm not a Rye drinker. He did remake it & that drink was perfect! My food was really good, the only complaint my husband had was that his burger was a little too done for his liking. Our waitress was awesome! We will be back!”
