Mostly referring to return / exchange / refund issues. I knew what size and color I wanted so wasn't concerned about a return / exchange / or refund. I took a chance and placed the order. I agreed to a $50 shipping charge to Hawaii and got my helmet in just a few days!!! Even with the additional $50, I saved money and got a GREAT helmet very quickly. FIVE STARS FOR SURE.”
