Brad and Dominic were so kind and courteous!!! They were helpful and made a stressful situation for me seamless. It is a nice change to our other tow service we have used. Definitely keeping their number!!! Thanks guys!!!

I have been using Brad's Towing & Recovery multiple times a week to tow for the Service department and our customers at a local car dealership. We have always had great service from Brad and his team of drivers. Brad and his other drivers are always prompt, courteous, clean, professional and friendly to our customers and to our staff. They have gone out of their way to help with a smile even when asked to go above and beyond the normal tow in. Our customers have always had great things to say regarding the service that they received from Brad's Towing. We have never had any complaints regarding damage to the vehicles, no complaints of items missing from customer vehicles etc. We have used several other tow companies and had inconsistent results from them with varying complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad or his crew to help any friends or family members when the need arises in the future. My car needed to be towed from a tricky spot. Brad arrived quickly, accessed the situation, and came up with a plan to get my vehicle out. He explained everything he was going to do before doing it to make me more comfortable. My car is my baby, and he understood that and took extra care to get her out safely.. Highly recommend this company from the small lock outs to the tow of ur precious possession.
