“I traveled down from Northern Illinois to Kansas City to help relatives move on April 24, 2020. During the trip down, it was all I could do to get my truck started with a jump pack. By the next morning my battery was pretty much toast. I arrived at this AutoZone to buy a new battery and hoped I could borrow the tools to put it in. The store was not very busy that early, and only one employee and a manager were working. The manager insisted on coming out and installing the battery for me. I worked with her to get the battery in and secured pretty quickly. I am extremely pleased with the friendliness and great attitude displayed at this store!!! I do a fair amount of business with AutoZone, and this particular store is a true asset!”

“These guys do a bang up job, I have a 96 3500 Dodge with close to 300k miles on it that i needed ready to pull a 36 ft goose neck enclosed 600 miles. This trailer was filled to to the top with basicly my my entire house even had things strapped to the top. Anyhow dropped my truck off with Kris and his team a couple weeks prior told him the situation and that i want the truck gone over and ready to go. They did the work and gave me back the truck. ( Brakes, wheel bearings, wheel seals, fluids, master clyinder). I mean they put in some work. I made the trip with a hope and a prayer, but didn't need them, truck performed flawless made the entire trip and only stopped for fuel. I can't say enough good things about these guys they know what your vehicle needs to get you were you're going. I would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles to them after see how will my truck did.”
