We have always thought well of the technicians who have come. But I must give special credit to Evan. He is professional and also friendly. He listens to your concerns about your carpet. He then addresses them in earnest. Our carpet is the original carpet when the house was built approx. 14 yrs ago. It is getting near time to replace.
