I was nervous after reading some reviews but there was more positive then negative. Everyone has their own experience and opinion, I chose to form my own. Unfortunately we are not coffee drinkers so we didn't try that part but we did have the hot chocolate (perfect temp to not burn mouths) and an assortment of bakery goods. The family favorite was the Strawberry Cream Cheese Muffin. I need to go back and try the pop-tarts as after we published the video people have wrote saying those are even better!”

“My mom needed home oxygen on Christmas eve. Maybe an hour after the doctor faxed the order, Rick came with the oxygen. He was so kind and helpful, took his time showing my Dad and me how to use the equipment, and was very reassuring. My dad had been nervous and Rick was so comforting and personable. We really appreciated his kindness, plus the fact that he brought the oxygen on the afternoon of Christmas eve. My mom's doctor said the company was very easy for him to work with as well. We were all around very pleased with the service.”

I didn’t have the right documents, she sent me to a place where I could print and gave me helpful suggestions. Unfortunately, I had to return the next day (after 2 trips that day) with further documentation, Callie remembered me and helped me thru the process.
