  We visited the library to utilize their passport agent services. They were very professional, well informed and friendly. Their knowledge and experience with the new passport requirements and application process saved us a lot of time and frustration.

  I can't say enough about the Pacific library. I could spend hours there alone or with my kids. Super friendly & helpful staff, is only part of the wonderful environment.

  What a delightful place! We love our library! We are bookworms at heart.

  Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I always get the impression the staff enjoys their job...Can't ask for more than that, as that attitude in any establishment usually leads to good customer service. I use the website to find books in the system, and put them on hold for pick up. So convenient.

  The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I love that I can have access to books not only in the local libraries, but I can request books from the entire library network! They also have lots of classes and weekly things for kids to participate in.
