The staff was very friendly and answered questions. The residents I saw were clean and looked well cared for even the one that kept trying to get out of a wheelchair. “Charlie and his crew are some of the best in the business. They made sure, against all odds that the car we purchased from them was to our satisfaction...even if there were a few hiccups along the way. Let me explain. Nothing of what I'm about to say is to be reflected in any negative light towards Charlie and his crew. We purchased a 2006 Honda odyssey, out right. Legally, after the initial purchase, Charlie had no means of going the extra mile to tend to his customers. The day after we purchased, the starter started giving out. He came to my house to pick me up and take me to where the vehicle had been parked. They tapped the starter and it started right up, a few days later, the same thing happened. I'll admit, I had a pretty crummy month leading up to this incident, and unfortunately Charlie was the object of my outburst. He, without question bought and replaced the starter, free of charge. I even offered to pay the little I had sitting in my pocket, but he insisted. It is so difficult to find honest and hard working people who have an act for pleasing their customers at whatever cost it takes. I will most definitely be returning to ride right for oil changes and future repairs, if we ever need them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your hard work”

Instead of getting pressure to order hearing aids, she is sending me to a EN&T Dr., to check and see if I have any physical problems that would cause my hearing loss. This impressed me!
