Great place to have service done on your vehicle. Fairly priced and quality work!

The folks at the Shop were above and beyond kind and helpful to me when I came in from out of town to buy a used vehicle. I had to reschedule twice for a time to stop by (haggling with the dealer took longer than expected), and when I finally made it to the Shop they were fast and friendly, and both test drove and got the vehicle up on the lift to check everything out. They went out of their way to accomodate me, and then wouldn't accept any payment for their services. My brother-in-law lives in town and has gone there for years, and I can definitely see why. If I lived in the area they'd have my business for sure.

I was broke down on i44 and the shop owner sent his employee to help me safely get to the shop. He knew exactly what was wrong n had the part I needed there very quickly. They are very skilled and very friendly. They 100% made sure that I was taken care of. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone who needs the best service on their vehicle.

I’m not one for reviews, but there’s no way I can’t say how awesome these people are. During my drive from Michigan to Arizona, my wheel bearing went out on my 2015 Ford F250. I called them 30 minutes before they were closing, still being 20 minutes away, they got my information, and ordered the part for it. When I arrived they got the truck taken apart, and ready for the new part to go in while waiting for the new part to arrive. New part arrived, i paid them and was on my way. This was possibly the easiest encounter I’ve ever had with an auto shop. I meant to leave a review then but I had forgotten when I made it to arizona.

The main reason for leaving the review now is that the part they had replaced failed again, nothing that they did, it was my neglect for not fixing the other issues causing it to go bad. However, 5 months later i need to replace it, there’s a 3 year warranty on the part, but the auto parts store couldn’t seem to find the warranty so I called them and they were more than willing to help sort out the issue. I really cannot thank the folks there enough for all of their tremendous efforts to help out a complete stranger, but I hope that this is read by somebody, and helps them make a decision to have work done on their vehicle. All around great company, great people, great work, and great prices.

The best place to bring your vehicle. Dave, Abby and his crew are amazing. So nice to have a place you can trust with an honest appraisal or diagnostic on your vehicle!
