(May 10, 2019, 7:43 pm)Took my truck in for an oil change, they were quick, polite, and even did an overall checkover of the vehicle. Told me my ball joints were on the way out and I needed a brake flush. Both of which I knew it needs, but that's awesome they check over the vehicle. But they were HONEST, saying ball joints are starting to wear not that they were dangerous. Which I would agree with. I also got a synthetic oil change cheaper than I could do it myself. Will be bringing my vehicles back!

From the picking out the car, to the financing, to the car bring completely detailed, to the paperwork process. and then her handing the keys to me. This was our first experience with Jim Falk motors and let me just say we will definitely be repeat customers especially with Traci being there! Thanks for everything Traci
