(August 31, 2019, 9:11 am)The alternator went out on my car and I was towed to their facility, if I could give them a 10 Star rating I would. What a blessing - great customer service people & repair service. I would add that honesty is a valued here. I base that on my experience with the dealership where I live and bought my car from they told me I needed 3700. dollars worth of work done on my vehicle on the top of almost $1000 for 100,000 mile check up. I took it to a garage that was recommended to me for a second opinion and I was told that there was nothing wrong . Greg Smith Ford did a 99 point check all OK with no additional notes of anything to watch for .
It was also a good experience with Golden Valley wrecker Service. Seriously folks you should be very proud of these two businesses in Clinton Missouri .
(August 27, 2019, 10:46 pm)Had a semi’s retread tire knockout my Escape’s serpentine belt and a/c compressor’s wiring harness on I - 49 en route to Truman for a week, luckily we made it to Clinton and Gregg Smith Ford. Chuck Roberts and his staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to get it repaired quickly. Chuck came into the service bay offering options and gave estimates. An hour later we were on the road and headed to the lake. Very fair and the cost was much LESS than I was willing to pay. Thank you Chuck!!

Incredible sales staff, service and finance guy! They make the car buying process easy. I definately recommend them.
