“Very friendly and helpful sales service. I was looking for a hot water heater brand that was still MADE IN USA. Bradford White is the only one I could find that seems to fit the bill. After an online search I finally called the manufacturer to ask a technical question about a specific model and where I could buy locally, I found the Neenan Co. less than 1/2 mile from my house. I never knew they were there. Neenan Co's price was roughly 35 percent lower than the online price. Model selection at this store is limited, but they have a better selection at other stores in the area and could transfer if needed. I selected one in stock and another accessory. They loaded me up and I was on my way. I do a bit of plumbing for myself and family. I may wander in soon to see what other toys they have to restock my tool box.”

The staff were all nervous that they would mess it up knowing that it was the only piece I had. Was so happy that they managed to do it. Also I browsed the store while I waited. Loved how well organized everything is. Will be going back.”

“First went to Donnell's back in 1984 when they were still on Truman Road. Bought some parts from Tim. Over the years, I've bought a good number of motorcycles, parts, and even had a bike repaired there after a Subaru decided he wanted my lane. Sales, parts, finance, and service has always been top notch. Recently bought a 2018 Honda Goldwing and as usual, the entire experience was as expected, top notch. Chris was great to work with on the purchase. He is knowledgeable and very helpful both before and after the sale . Chuck in finance was awesome. Easy going, friendly, and even explained allot of the features while Chris was with another customer. Tim in parts, helped me get some stuff for my new bike and as always, got me all set up. It was the best decision. They were patient and helpful. They had a nice selection of granite to choose from and where willing to order if they didn't have what I wanted.
