Anytime I've had any questions they were always responsive and provided clear answers. In the past, we had a different bathtub refinisher, but they chipped and flaked in a few years. I just pull up the ad on my phone, they confirm it and I get the lower price. Also the prices in the store are the same as online so no worrying about getting a higher price. I love shopping online and picking up in the store. It’s so fast and easy and there generally isn’t much of a line. They are also super good about returns. I like the email receipts so it’s even easier and I don’t lose it. If you’re a reward member they can even look it up online.
