“I went to top off my tire pressure using their air compressor, and it actually ended up taking the air completely out of one of my tires. Went into the tire center to see if someone could help me and met James, who was super friendly and helpful. He came out to my car and ended up going around and fixing the air in all of my tires. He even gave me a couple valve stem caps since I was missing a couple. Not impressed with their air compressor, however I am impressed with the customer service that James provided. Every time I went out to take a peek at the progress, they were very friendly and wanted to make sure I approved of their work. They prepped the house before painting and paid really close attention to details. We had several repairs due to wood rot. They were very skilled and we were really impressed with their repairs. The actual painting went really quickly and we are really pleased with the outcome. I even changed my mind a few times during the project and the crew leader, Paul, and owner, Luke, were super understanding and reasonable. We have used several other painters, but moving forward, we’ll use First Pace Painting every time.”
