“All went very well. Directions to facility were excellent. Pleasant visit... this was six weeks post surgical appointment at doctor's office. However I was in Research Medical for four days the first of October. . .the room was never cleaned, trash emptied, bed changed, gown changed, offer to assist personal hygiene..not even offer of opportunity to brush teeth???? Nursing care was 100% A+...guess that's what matters.”
