“We loved our experience with Almond Heights. Our mom lived there for 2 years with wonderful care...even during covid times. The staff and therapy partners were so good and kind to her. The food was great. They keep everything so nice and clean. The holidays are always a big thing~ decorating is so beautiful and the tables so festive with the holiday napkins. We only wish she could have stayed there longer... she should have gone sooner... it would have helped her a lot, no worries about what to cook, no cleaning, and a safe area to get some exercise. Sandra at the front desk always helped Miss Hazel. We always found the administrators Brianna and Danielle helpful too.”

“I work out. I enjoy my workout. The staff are friendly. There are always enough working machines. Staff keep the gym clean and well ventilated. They also have beverages just in case they are needed. Growing in mental health. Nothing works long term for keeping the extra pounds off but a healthy diet and regular exercise. P.F. definitely helps. "Anything you commit to, you will eventually learn how to succeed at," displayed one staff member. If you NEED to workout, you will eventually learn how to enjoy this gym.”
